Forrest W. Carroll III

Forrest W. Carroll III is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Carroll Global Consulting, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in practical security and risk management solutions for complex operational environments.
He brings more than 30 years of experience supporting global protective missions, force protection initiatives, and critical infrastructure security. Forrest has conducted over 100 site selection and facility assessment projects across the U.S. and more than 25 countries worldwide, supporting embassies, government facilities, forward operating bases, corporate offices, VIP residences, energy sector, and aviation facilities.
His expertise includes threat and vulnerability assessments, defense-in-depth strategies, armored vehicle RDT&E, blast and ballistic threat mitigation, close protection support, and enterprise risk management. He has also developed and delivered specialized security training programs for U.S. government and military personnel, security professionals, and corporate expatriate executives and families representing more than 20 nations.
Forrest holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science & International Relations from University of Massachusetts Boston. His professional credentials include DHS Risk Management Process Assessor certification, CARVER Assessment Professional certification, and SCIP™ Level I & II Competitive Intelligence certifications.
